What happens when you take an idyllic beach holiday and then add a grain of an idea, a bolt of inspiration, a bucketload of commercial design practice and some serious business smarts? Well – you’re looking at it!

ChadandWick was founded by highly regarded Interior Designer, Liana Chadwick, who brings over a decade of expertise in commercial interiors to curate spaces that are uniquely YOURS.

Rewind back, and you’ll find Liana as a fresh-faced student immersing herself in a Bachelor of Design Interior Architecture (Honours), which laid the foundations for Liana’s illustrious career.

From humble beginnings to co-founding Form Creative, Liana designed, documented and delivered projects for leading brands such as Jellis Craig, La Cimbali Group, Specialized Bikes and Amer Sports, each project steering her toward the creation of ChadandWick.

At ChadandWick, Liana is more than just the Director - she is the Curator. Her deep-seated passion, rooted in her Italian heritage, drives her commitment to authenticity. This is why every member of the ChadandWick team is handpicked, each person radiating genuine talent.

With a rich background spanning retail, hospitality, law, and more, she brings extraordinarily rich skills and 20 years of professional experience to our crew. A self- confessed pocket rocket, Ilana’s approach is go- go-go as she seamlessly blends culture, history, and architecture into her designs. When she’s not deep in design mode, you’ll find her with family, flying down a mountain or serving as the resident (home) DJ.

Tyne, our indispensable right-hand woman at ChadandWick, expertly handles our daily operations. Her rich background in building and operation management informs her role, balancing professional rigour with creative flair. Having travelled extensively

Luci, our curious and creative Argentinian, brings a background in Architecture and a love for photography and interiors to the ChadandWick team. She is the link that transforms our beautiful ideas onto paper. Luci’s design superpower is her ability to look beyond the plan, meticulously observing each and every detail of a space – one that will influence thoughts, feelings and experiences every day. She loves learning all about Aussie culture (but please don’t ask her about the footy!).

Flick is our dynamic Argentinian aficionado with experience in documentation and project management in both the retail and residential sectors. As a child, she was often found drawing on any surface she could find, including walls and stair treads! F

Flick is our dynamic Argentinian aficionado with experience in documentation and project management in both the retail and residential sectors. As a child, she was often found drawing on any surface she could find, including walls and stair treads! Flick is known for her artistic flair, but with a logical mind architecture became an obvious career choice. A seasoned traveller, Flick infuses her work with insights on how different cultures use design and space. Enchanted by koalas and kangaroos since age 12, Flick is now living her Australian dream after sailing through the Whitsundays.
